Refunds and returns are handled at the discretion of Sam’s Soaps.

Because Sam’s Soaps is a small business and sells all products in small batches, refunds and replacement requests are reviewed individually to ensure fairness and product quality.

Once your order is placed, you will have 1 hour to cancel your order.
After the order is placed and the hour has passed, refunds or returns are up to Sam’s Soaps.

Eligibility

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • There is an issue with your order,
  • Your product arrives damaged, or
  • You believe the product does not meet expectations.

  • I reserve the right to decline a refund if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or does not meet refund criteria.

Time Window

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery to be considered.
